Over 7 years in the field. My path into health began with motherhood — that is when a deep interest in the causes of disease, prevention, and the body’s capacity for self-repair appeared. It became the starting point for systematic study and practice.
I have trained with more than 10 specialists in integrative medicine and graduated from the London College of Naturopathic Medicine with a diploma as a naturopathic therapist. I am currently continuing my studies at Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University.
From childhood I had a heightened interest in health: my favourite book was Robert Rothenberg’s encyclopaedia "Grow Healthy", which I reread from a very early age — almost to pieces — studying how the body works and what causes disease.
Today I work as a nutritionist and a specialist in wellness and longevity, helping to build a systemic approach to health through nutrition, lifestyle, and the restoration of the body’s resources.
