Your consent (granted by submitting the booking form), the necessity to perform a contract requested by you, and applicable Russian legislation including 152-FZ, 149-FZ.

Booking data is forwarded directly to the clinic via Telegram and is not stored in a database on the Website. Logs are retained for the period strictly necessary to investigate security incidents.

6. Transfer to third parties

To deliver booking notifications and provide multilingual support, the data described above may be transmitted to:

• Telegram FZ-LLC — to deliver the booking notification to the clinic's staff;
• Yandex LLC (Yandex Cloud) — to translate non-Russian comments into Russian via Yandex Translate API;
• JSC Registrar R01 (REG.RU) — hosting provider operating the Website (servers located within the Russian Federation);
• Government bodies — only when required by law.

7. Cookies

The Website uses only technical cookies, strictly necessary to remember your interface preferences (theme, language). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access is restricted to a minimal number of authorised personnel. We take reasonable organisational and technical measures in line with applicable regulations to protect personal data against unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
